they say that we should not be judged
by titles and designations,
but by the value you bring to the table.

i know there are many years
to be experienced,
and i'm still in my salad days,
but how it gets to me.
when people can't see beyond titles,
and realise who cares
enough to get work done
and work done well for them.
trust is not given,
it is earned.
