flu

great. come hari raya, this household will be a manifestation ground for flu virus aka common house flu/cold. by house, i meant a pun. sorry. cheap thrill on my part.

it's amazing that i haven't mention that my attachments are over. the reason being, i know there's that last hurdle of what we nursing students fear the most - pre-registration consolidation placement or better known as prcp.

now, what i must mention about my batch's prcp is that we're the guinea pigs. they're throwing us in a ditch for 3 whole months instead of the usual 6 weeks. plus, we're not given a choice of the ward we want to work in. what scares me the most is that they're going to throw me into an open C class.

for those in sgh, i give you the luxury to fantasize and maybe get an orgasmic reaction when you think about the open C class ward. simply because, it's pure H-E-L-L. bad enough that it's a C class ward which means no luxury of the holy airconditioning system, then comes the part about it being an open ward which means that i can shout to a colleague at the other side of the ward without any hindrance of what we call walls. however in my case, i'd have to jump and wave at the same time so that my colleague can see me. but that's besides the point here. here's another thing, walk into an open C class ward, take a whiff of the ward air. the absence of full length walls gives you the utmost welcoming treat that beats having a red carpet.

i'm complaining too much, right? you don't have to answer that. it was a rhetorical question.
