can you catch
inspiration?
is it like an arrow?
elusively swift.
or
a balloon.
floating conspicuously
among other conspicuous things.
does it appear upon thought?
or non-thought?
they say it expires,
like milk.
or matures,
like wine.
do you know?
would you tell
if you did?
is it selfish?
i've lost it im sure.
i've heard you can't move forward
without it.
is that true?
